1. I dont see anything when I try to access the videochat, what do I have to do?
You only need Adobe Flash to view and chat with our models. Download and install the latest flash plugin from this link.


2. I'm concerned about giving out my e-mail address.
NeedLive never shares or sells your registration information, including your email address. Of course, if you contact any of NeedLive's videochat hosts and exchange your contact information with a chathost, we can't prevent that chathost from sending you email, but that is your decision. In case you suspect the a model is sending you unsolicited emails (spam), please report it to our Online Support immediately. We have an internal messaging system which is free for all paid members, we suggest you use it instead of giving out your private e-mail address.


3. Is it safe to buy credits?
Buying credits is 100% secure, we only work with industry leading online billing partners. The whole process of the transaction is SSL-encrypted in order to keep your information safe (look for the "closed padlock" icon in your browser. Any personal information collected from you is kept strictly confidential and is for the limited purpose of identity verification to protect NeedLive from abusive behavior. Any payment information collected will never be used to charge you for anything, unless you specifically authorize us to.


4. What is the best browser to use with NeedLive.com?
We recommend Internet Explorer or Firefox but all other major browsers will work fine (Netscape, Opera, Safari, etc.) You will need to download and install the latest flash plugin from here. We also recommend a screen resolution of at least 1024x768 pixels for the best viewing experience.


5. I have problem viewing the live feeds.
Make sure you have the latest Adobe Flash plugin installed. Occasionally deleting the cookies from your browser and restarting it might help. If you still can not access a feed, contact our Support Team.

6. How long can I use my account?
Your free account is for life, however if you don't login to Needlive.com for 90 days, the account will be deleted. (Accounts with positive balance will remain active.)


7. Im banned from free chat. Why?
Please understand, that our models work hard to satisfy all customers, be kind with them and never ask for things they are not allowed to do or be rude with them. It is the model's decision, they can ban guests from the free chat area if they feel like. To unban yourself, please contact our Online Support.


8. I forgot my username or password.
Click on the Forgot Password link on the top of the page.


9. Do you have model schedules?
Yes, every model has her own schedule on her Biopage.


10. How much does it cost?
The models can determine the price-per-minute for their shows between 1.99 and 5.99 credits. You can check the price before entering a private show. Your credits are deducted on per-second basis.


11. How can I check my account balance?
Once you are logged in, check your balance at the top of the page.


12. I just purchased credits, but can not go to private.
Please contact our customer support. We will need the transaction ID and your username. Our staff will never ask for your credit card number!


13. How do I add credits to my account?
Click on the Buy Credits link and choose a billing provider. Our billing partners accept all major credit and debit cards and can process various currencies. We also accept epassporte payments.


14. The model won't do what I asked for in private.
Our models are free to decide what they will and will not do in private. Tell your wishes to the models first in free chat and ask them if they are willing to do it or not. If the model will not do as promised, report it to us. You can also use the wishlist to find a model for your special request.


15. What happens if I get disconnected during private show?
You will only be charged for the time spent in private. In case you think the system charged the wrong amount of credits, contact our online support and we will fix it.


16. How do I cancel my membership at Needlive.com?
Please send us an e-mail from your registered e-mail address including your username. However, it is unecessary to cancel your membership, since there are no recurring fees. Your credit card will not be charged unless you initiate a transaction.
