(1) Age and legal access certification

NeedLive.com's usage and/or subscription fees were provided to you upon registration and may change from time to time upon electronic notice to you. Accounts with a positive balance will remain active, however if you would like to terminate your account, you may do so by requesting it in e-mail. You will only be billed for the amount stated on the Buy Credits page, there are no recurring charges or monthly fees involved. Additional costs involved during the usage of NeedLive.com (your internet connection, electricity bill, etc.) must be covered by you.

(3) Termination

NeedLive.com reserves the right to terminate your access to the site for any reason or no reason. NeedLive.com may terminate your membership upon sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to us. If NeedLive.com terminates your membership in the NeedLive.com service because you have breached this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused subscription fees.

(4) Content posted on NeedLive.com:

NeedLive.com claims immunity from liability to the fullest extent under the law and as provided under the Communications Decency Act for Content provided by third parties and members and nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive, remove, or usurp such immunity. You understand and agree that NeedLive.com may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that violates the Terms of Use or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of NeedLive.com, its employees, independent contractors, performers and/or its members.
